In this session we will discuss how to leverage the Mac OS X’s build in printing system; CUPS to achieve your users printing goals while maximizing technical support time and effort. Apple and 3rd party products will be discussed. The talk will include examples, a question and answer period, and discussion time. Some take-home resources will be provided.
